About The Package

Our build your own package is a fantastic way to get an exact quote based of your event requirements. All quotes will include the base rate listed to the right, from there you can add more specific services in our instant quote builder below.

Once you have created your ideal package, submit the quote to our team and we will review your details and reach out to you with any recommendations. If we have a better price with one of our other pre set packages, we will let you know so you can compare!

What's Included In The Base Rate

Service of wine, champagne, beer and mixed spirits. We will even serve up non alcoholic drinks or and any other drinks you want served!

Our team will be self sufficient with an experiences TBS manager to look after your team of skilled bartenders. The number of staff depend on the size of the event.

No servo ice here! We use premium ice to shake up your cocktails and to cool down all of your beers and wine. Leave your alcohol in the boxes and our team will open them up, and put them on ice during our setup time.

Upon request, we will be able to provide table service for your event. This includes serving drinks, taking orders and clearing off the dirty glassware from the tables.

All required bar equipment to shake up tasty cocktails we will look after. We also will put together a cocktail menu for your event! This includes tall and short straws

This is on top of your 4 hour service, normally we arrive 1 hour before the event and 30min after the event.

Place a click and collect with our local bottle shop (Newstead dan Murphys), and our team will collect it, store it and bring it to your event free of charge

We will clean up after ourselves and take all rubbish to our warehouse. Additional bins can be hired to place throughout the event.

The base rate includes a service station for our team! If you have a bench or include a mobile bar for your package, we will swap the table out.

BASE RATE – $17/P

  • Mobile Bar ($300)
    • Add your choice of our mobile bars for your event
  • Glassware ($5/p)
    • Includes cocktail, wine, flutes, highball and ROX glasses. These are real glasses and are not the “unbreakable plastic Glassware” others advertise. 
  • Cocktail Jugs ($3.50/p)
    • 2 x choices of our cocktail jugs. Unlimited refills of all non alcoholic ingredients supplied by TBS (alcohol not included)
  • Shaken Cocktails ($5/p)
    • 4 x choices of made to order cocktails, all you can drink with all non alcoholic ingredients supplied by TBS (alcohol not included)
  • Soft Drink Package ($2/p)
    • 3 x choices of soft drink from our menu, all you can drink (can be used for mixed spirits)
  • Soda Water Package ($1/p)
    • All you can drink soda water 
  • Still water station ($0.50/p)
    • Water jug and bio cups supplied as a station on the bar.
  • Additional 1 hour service ($3/p)
    • Additional 1 hour of drink service
