On The Day Wedding Planning

On your special day, things can get crazy! At Beddu Events, we want you and your partner to be fully immersed in the celebration without stressing over the small details. Our mission is to ensure everything goes off without a hitch while taking care of the tasks so your friends and family can enjoy themselves too. Our "On-the-Day" package is ideal for couples who have already arranged their vendors but need an extra pair of hands to bring their vision to life. We handle a variety of tasks, including welcoming vendors, coordinating with venue staff, preparing for the ceremony and reception, assisting with the photography schedule, organising guests, and much more! Once you book with us, we’re available for support at any time leading up to your big day. We’re dedicated to doing that extra bit of work to ensure everything is perfect when the moment arrives!
This package is designed to suit weddings only, due to the complexity! We will be by youse side from 2 weeks out finalising your run sheets and vendors! Then, we will be with you 8-10 Hours of Time on the day (usually until after cake cutting), though we’re flexible to fit the unique needs of your event. We offer both in-person and virtual meetings to discuss your vision and explore options together working towards your day We will create/continue a bespoke collaborative vision board and ‘vibe’ document to pass onto all your vendors! This allows your vision to be cohesive across all teams ensuring your vision comes to life! Included is a suggested runsheet template, which we’ll refine collaboratively to ensure your event unfolds exactly as you envision. This document also serves as a checklist to help you confirm all details with your vendors. If you’re still finalising your vendor choices, we can provide a curated list of recommended vendors. These professionals have been rigorously tested and trusted by our business over the past three years, so you can be confident in their quality.
