This drink calculator bases the quantity of drinks if everyone was going to only drink that particular drink. 

For example if you click the wine and beer option on the calculator, it will let you know approximately how much of both wine and beer you would need if everyone drank the same amount of the 2 options.

If you have a large range of drinks on your menu (for example, beer, wine, cocktails and mixed spirits), we recommend adjusting the quantities based on what you know your friends prefer (maybe less wine but more beer for example).
